Thirteen teams registered for competition, with Zach Widdes in the 10z car securing the win from the second starting position in the James Ackerley Construction and The Post Bar & Grill heat #1. Dan Atchison in the 7x car claimed the Kiki’s Salsa/Rapid Press heat race #2 from the pole position. Edison Aldrich in the 76 car garnered 101 passing points, the highest among all drivers, after advancing from sixth to third in heat one.

The front row for the Pirtek and Hoosier Tire North 20-lap feature lineup consisted of Atchison's 7x car and Bryan Roach's 99 car, following the redraw among the top eight drivers. Brad Peterson secured the early lead, with Atchison, Roach, Aldrich, and Scott Brandt in close pursuit. By lap 2, #7B Brandt, starting fifth, had taken the lead, with the top four drivers running in close formation on a slick track.
